CDBG - Capital Projects Application
 Applications and the availability of funds for Program Years (PY) 2016 & 2017 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Capital Projects have been released. The funds may be used for various Capital Projects that principally benefit low- and moderate-income persons.  One of the priority needs identified in the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan is Homelessness.  In addition to PY2016 & 2017 funds, the City is reallocating unexpended Capital Project funds from prior Program Years and will be accepting proposals/applications for capital projects which address the growing need for shelter/housing homeless individuals and families.  Projects to be funded must be consistent with the City of Marysville 2015 – 2019 Consolidated Plan.  Deadline for submittal is 4:00 pm, Friday, December 18, 2015.

Technical assistance
Technical assistance will be available for organizations interested in applying for CDBG Capital Projects funding. Assistance available to applicants includes answering questions about CDBG regulations, discussing the proposed service compliance with program regulations and City policies, reviewing the application requirements, and determining an applicant’s and project’s potential eligibility for funding.
