National Night Out

Join thousands of neighborhoods across the country to celebrate National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 7.

Marysville residents are invited to join National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 7.

National Night Out is a nationwide event that began in 1984; this year, 16,000 communities across the country will participate. Marysville is proud to be one of them!

The City of Marysville will host a National Night Out event at Jennings Park from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 7. Bring the family and stop by to enjoy:

  • Hot dogs
  • Popsicles
  • Police and Fire
  • Police K-9 demonstration
  • Neighborhood Watch program information.

Neighborhood Events

In addition to the city event at Jennings Park, we are encouraging residents to come together to host their own neighborhood events. Neighborhood events provide an opportunity to get to know each other better while promoting a community atmosphere. Neighbors looking out for each other is a powerful tool against crime. Neighborhoods that register their events with the city and expect at least 15 attendees can be eligible to receive a barbecue starter kit. City staff and law enforcement personnel will try to stop by registered events on Aug. 7 based on availability that evening. Events must be registered by July 20th. Use the link below to register your event.
