Non-Discrimination Policy for
Parks & Recreation Facilities and Programs

The City of Marysville shall not discriminate in the use of City Park and Recreation facilities or programs on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, sex, honorably discharged veteran or military status, status as a mother breastfeeding her child, the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a person with a disability. In addition, neither the City nor a third party receiving a lease or permit from the City shall discriminate on the basis of sex in the operation, conduct, or administration of community athletic programs.
