City Council minutes for work sessions and regular business meetings are generally posted on the Thursday or Friday following the date of the last meeting, the timing of which ensures that they are available to the both the public and City Council members at the same time.

Please keep in mind that minutes posted on this web site are in draft form so that the public can review them at the soonest time possible; as a result, the minutes do not include any minor revisions or additions that the Council members may have suggested at the next regular business meeting, before approving the final minutes.
