Marysville Parks, Culture and Recreation  ​Softball Leagues 2021

Marysville Parks, Culture and Recreation extends an invitation to all Men’s Rec and Co-Ed teams to participate in the 2021 Softball Leagues. It is our focus to offer a league that is of the highest quality. A league where all players, regardless of their ability, will find an enjoyable broad base of competition in one of several divisions. Please pay close attention to the dates and procedures listed to assure your team a place in one of our leagues. Registration Procedures

Teams may register by completing a “Team Registration Form.” New this year, we are required to have every player sign a COVID waiver in addition to the league roster. Forms may be submitted the following ways: ​Register by completing a “Team Registration Form” and sending full payment to:
​Email form to: jfriess@marysvillewa.gov or ​Fax Form to: (360) 651-5089 or  ​Mail to or register in person : Marysville Parks, Culture and Recreation Office at 6915 Armar Rd., Marysville WA 98270. ​Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Closed 1-2pm for lunch. ​
​League play will be sanctioned under rules of the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA). Registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. Partial fees cannot be accepted. Both Visa and Master Card are accepted. Teams are required to submit an official Marysville Parks, Culture and Recreation League Roster and COVID waiver signed by all players, at the Mandatory Manager’s Meeting. No practice times will be issued until your team is registered and an official roster has been submitted.

To provide the opportunity to play we will be following guidance from the CDC and Washington Sate DOH. Specific requirements will be discussed at the coaches meeting. If you have any questions beforehand, please don't hesitate to reach out. 

Mandatory managers meeting will be on Thursday, May 13th at 6pm.  in the Rotary Ranch at Jennings Park, located at 6915 Armar Rd. 


Sunday Co-Ed “Rec” League


​Season: May 16 through August 22.
 Format: The Co-Ed Sunday league plays on Sunday afternoons. *All Sunday Co-Ed teams will play 16 games. The top 75% of teams will play a Single Elimination tournament.
​ Fees:
$760/team/16 games
​ Registration Period:
 4/12/21 to 5/6/21 (or until full)
​ *All teams will play back to back double headers. Games will be played Sunday afternoons and evenings with start times of 3:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.

​Men's Monday Softball League

Season: May 17 through August 23
Format: *All teams will play 16 games. Fees: $760.00 per team
​ Registration Period:
4/12/21 to 5/6/21 (or until full) 
 *All teams will play back to back double headers. Games will be played on Mondays with start times at 6:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. 

Practice Reservation Procedures:
​Parks & Recreation will take field reservations for field practice times beginning on Monday, April 12th at 6:00 p.m. for any team that has completed registration requirements and paid fees. All reservations are for the Marysville Pilchuck High School Complex only. No other school district facilities are to be utilized for adult league play or practice. Teams can call (360)363-8400 to make their reservation. Both weekend and weeknight practice times will be available. Weekend practice times will be 2 hour time assignments, with weeknight assignments scheduled from 6 pm to dusk. After the practice reservation is made, a representative for your team must stop by the Marysville Parks and Recreation office to secure a Field Use Permit. The Field Use Permit is required when you arrive at the fields. Teams without a Field Use Permit may be asked to leave the field. Teams must make sure they leave dugouts and field areas clean.
