Opera House Rental Information

The Opera House is available for special events, theatrical and musical performances as well as a facility that can be rented for private community use.

The beautiful two-story building features a magnificent ballroom, charming mezzanine area, a picturesque balcony and separate bridal cottage.

The capacity depends on how you would like to set up for your event. The Opera House can fit up to 200 people with theater style seating on two levels (no tables). Approximately 100 with table style seating on two levels. The building includes 60" round dinner tables, banquet tables, tall bistros and an assortment of smaller tables.

Capacity Maximum - 240 for entire building (three levels). 100-150 maximum comfort (two levels)
Reservations Accepted up to 24 months in advance
Venue Pricing Monday - Thursday
 $760 all day 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
$95 per hour (4-hour minimum)
$47.50 (non-profit, 4-hour minimum hourly rate)
Venue Pricing Friday and Sunday
 $1,550 all day 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Venue Pricing Saturday and Holidays
 $2,050 all day 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Damage Deposit (refundable)
 $250 without alcohol (insurance required for events over 100 attendees)
$500 with alcohol (insurance and banquet permit required)
Down Payment Deposit (non-refundable)
 $200 Monday - Thursday
$400 Weekends and Holidays

 Remaining amount due 90 days prior to event
Cancellation Policy
 90 days prior to date - Total paid less non-refundable deposit
