Request public records

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, the Clerk’s Office is currently closed to the public. There will be no in-person public record business such as submitting a record request in person, physically inspect records or agency PRA procedures, copy records, and do other walk-in activities during business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) such as pay for and/or pick up copies of records. If your request is time sensitive, please include an explanation and any relevant deadlines. Please see the City’s COVID-19 webpage for current closures and news.
