Play your part! Help shape future inclusive playground

Jennings Memorial Park Inclusive Playground news release

The City of Marysville is committed to providing welcoming parks and playgrounds that everyone in the community can enjoy, and we want to hear from you!

Learn about inclusive playgrounds and share your ideas for the future inclusive playground of Jennings Park at a community meeting on Thursday, Feb. 29.

  • Location: Marysville Community Center, 1015 State Ave., Marysville, WA
  • Date: Thursday, Feb. 29
  • Time: 6:15 p.m.
  • Virtual Option: A link for virtual attendance will open a week prior to the meeting. RSVP to our Facebook event to stay updated when the link goes live. 

"The success of this project hinges on community involvement. We believe that by sharing your ideas, you're helping us build more than just a playground; you're helping us build a stronger, more connected community through shared experiences,” said Parks, Culture and Recreation Director Tara Mizell.

This interactive community meeting aims to capture diverse community input to create a playground reflecting residents' needs and desires. Mark your calendars to be part of this community-driven initiative shaping the future of Jennings Memorial Park.
