Soper Hill Road intersection to close for construction May 19

The intersection of Soper Hill Road and 83rd Avenue NE will be closed for construction starting Tuesday, May 19, through Thursday, June 18. Reader boards will provide advance notice; detours and signage will be in place throughout the intersection closure.

The closure for construction of a new mini-roundabout there will help improve contractor and public safety, reduce the amount of impact to the traveling public, and reduce construction costs.

The project is managed by the City of Marysville in coordination with the City of Lake Stevens. The property falls within both city limits. Contractor is Reece Construction.

If you have questions or comments about the project and road closure, please call:

  • Reece Construction Project Manager Sasha Conner, 425-501-5799
  • Reece Construction Superintendent Mark Stanavitch, 425-328.4050
  • City of Marysville Project Engineer Kyle Woods, 425-344-1505
  • City of Marysville Engineering Technician/Inspector, 425-740-4909
