Register now for emergency preparedness training

CERT 2022 Evening classes Sept-Oct. Sign up now at https://www.marysvillewa.gov/758/CERT

When disaster strikes, will you know what to do? Learn how to be prepared, respond in emergencies and help your community with Marysville’s free Community Emergency Response Team training. 

Classes run from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday evenings from Sept. 13 through Oct. 6 at Marysville Fire Station 62, 10701 Shoultes Rd. Registration deadline is Tuesday, Sept. 6. 

CERT is a nationally recognized program that teaches you about disaster preparedness for hazards that could affect this area and offers basic response skills training including fire safety, search and rescue, and medical operations. 

Marysville residents and business owners are encouraged to participate or send employees. Participants must be 18 or older; or ages 16-17 with parent or guardian permission.
