City opens temporary garbage drop-off site

Because of road conditions, residential and commercial trash and recycling collection has been canceled today. As an extra service to our customers, the city is opening a temporary drop-off site for garbage only on the south side of old City Hall, 1049 State Ave. The site is open until 5 p.m. today (Wednesday, Dec. 21).
If you can drive there safely, you may bring your regular trash in bins or large trash bags. We encourage neighbors to help one another if possible.
You also may put out extra trash bags next to your garbage collection bin and/or extra recycling on your next regular collection day at no extra charge.
We continue to monitor weather conditions and announce service updates as soon as they are available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For daily updates about this drop-off site, please refer to the "Alert Center" on this website. Updates are also available on the City of Marysville Facebook page and City of Marysville Twitter page.
