The City of Marysville Street Division in Public Works cleans and maintains more than 420 lane-miles of arterial and residential city streets. Marysville is divided into six street maintenance zones. We sweep each zone on a staggered schedule three months out of the year, with major roadways swept more frequently.

How do I prepare for street sweeping?
To help us do the best job possible, here are a few friendly reminders. If street sweeping is scheduled in your neighborhood:

• Remove/repark all vehicles or trailers parked on the street
• Remove garbage cans or other obstructions
• Trim low-hanging tree branches
