Proposal: Amend MMC 22C.010.070(9) to align garage sale regulations with current temporary sign rules. The inconsistent garage sale sign provisions will be removed, with a reference added to temporary sign regulations. Additional amendments will also be considered related to the frequency and duration of garage sales outlined in MMC 22C.110.030(7).

Project Title: Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Plan Update

Proposal: Update the 2025 – 2029 CTR Plan, including amendments to MMC Chapter 11.52. The amendments provide a list from which major employers are required to choose five options to incentivize single-occupancy commutes. Other minor updates include an addition to the definitions section and additional measures to track progress regarding CTR objectives.
