Enjoy a night out with your girlfriends at the annual Ladies Laugh Out Loud (LOL) Comedy on Saturday, Nov. 15 in the Marysville Opera House, 1225 3rd Street. There are two show times available: 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. (doors open an hour before show times). Admission is $45 per person and includes heavy appetizers, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages.
Watch Emcee Jaci Terjeson open for comedians Genevieve Ferrari and Cara Rosellini during the first half of the show. Enjoy dessert during an intermission before being entertained by headliner Mary Lou Gamba.
“This annual show has become a landmark event for women in our community to enjoy a night out,” said Recreation Supervisor Kristen Rasmussen. “It’s what our events are all about: building community.”
Soroptimist International of Marysville, a local non-profit group, will sell beer and wine for an additional charge. The proceeds will support the group’s mission of empowering women and girls to live their dreams.
