Do you want to learn to prepare for some simple hikes or learn how to take steps to prepare for something challenging and more rigorous? Hiking enthusiasts Adam Benton and Ryan Morrison share their experiences and knowledge of hiking in the PNW. Learn about being prepared for a day hike, and what it takes to prepare for an overnight hike. Hear their stories of hiking adventures, and learn how you can get out and enjoy this beautiful state we live in.

Seattle Opera is thrilled to present ‘Monkey and Francine in the City of Tigers,’ a 45-minute-long piece that weaves together music and folktales from India, China, Africa and beyond to tell the story of how Monkey and his brainy sister Francine work together to outsmart the crocodile and Lord of the Tigers. Brought to you by the Sno-Isle Library and the Friends of the Marysville Library.
