NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
Applicant has requested Site Plan Approval with State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review in order to construct a 31-unit Townhome Development on approximately 2.14. Project will construct associated improvements, including clearing, grading, and utility and roadway extensions. The existing single family residence will be demolished.

Public Comment Period: Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by
4:00 PM on October 8, 2025.
