NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
Applicant has requested Planned Residential Development (PRD) and Binding Site Plan Approval with State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review in order to construct a 141-lot Planned Residential Townhome Development on approximately 13.26 acres. The project contains one (1) Category III wetland in the southwest corner of the site. Project will construct associated improvements, including clearing, grading, and utility and roadway extensions.

Public Comment Period: Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by 4:00 PM on July 24, 2025.
