Notice is hereby given that on July 28, 2025 an application was made to the City of Marysville requesting State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Review for widening 88th Street NE to a 3-lane section from State Avenue to 67th Avenue NE, including installation of curb, gutter, planter strips, shared-use paths and stormwater facilities. Construction also includes removal of the existing culverts for Allen Creek and an Unnamed Tributary to Allen Creek and replacing with fish passable culverts. The project will be constructed in two (2) phases. Phase 1 will include improvements from State Avenue to 55th Avenue NE. Phase 2 will include improvements from 55th Avenue NE to 67th Avenue NE.
