The City of Marysville welcomes Heide Brillantes as its new Finance Director. It’s a homecoming of sorts for this longtime Marysville resident and graduate of Marysville Pilchuck High School.
“Marysville is not only my hometown but the place where I have built my life,” she said. “I am eager to contribute my knowledge and experience to ensure the city’s financial health now and in the future.”
Brillantes most recently served as Finance Director for the City of Everett. Prior to that, she was an audit supervisor, lead auditor and fraud specialist for the Washington State Auditor’s Office.
Brillantes earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University Northridge and a certificate of Government Contract Management from UCLA. She is a graduate of Franklin Covey’s Emerging Leaders Program.
