Marysville Opera House

The Opera House is available for special events, theatrical and musical performances as well as a facility that can be rented for private community use. The beautiful two-story building features a magnificent ballroom, charming mezzanine area, a picturesque balcony and separate get-ready cottage. All included in the rental fee. 

The building boasts simple and historic elegance and is a great venue choice as a self-service building. Bring your own caterer, DJ, photographer and event specialist to create the next big moment in your life. The Opera House can fit up to 200 people with theater style seating on two levels (no tables). Approximately 100 with table style seating on two levels. The building includes 60" round dinner tables, banquet tables, tall bistros an assortment of smaller tables, and black theater style seating. See Frequently Asked Questions.

Venue Pricing:
Monday - Thursday		 $850 - all day 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
$120 per hour (4-hour minimum)
$75 per hour (non-profit rate, 4- hour minimum)

Friday and Sunday		 $1700 - all day 9:00 a.m. - 10:00  p.m.

Down Payment:
Accepted for bookings outside of 90 days (non-refundable)		 $200 Monday-Thursday to hold your date along with signed contract. Applied towards rental total.
$400 Friday-Sunday to hold your date along with signed contract. Applied towards rental total. 
Reservations booked less than 90 days Entire reservation amount is due at booking.
Balance Due 90 days prior to date
Damage Deposit (due 90 days prior to date) $250 without alcohol (Event insurance required for over 100 attendees.)
$500 with alcohol (Event insurance required for any amount of attendees.)
Cancellation 90 days prior to date or more - Refundable minus down payment
90 days or less - No refund will be given.

Join us for our Opera House Open House the first & third Wednesday of each month. Take a tour, chat with staff, and plan your next event. No appointment needed.

Jennings Park Barn

Located at 6915 Armar Rd., the Jennings Park barn offers the perfect event space for up to 50 people. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance by calling 360-363-8400.

Pricing:

  • $30 per hour (maximum of 4 hours)
  • $40 non-profit rate (maximum of 3 hours) Monday through Friday
  • $150 for all day rental (more than 4 hours)
  • Payment in full with signed contract to reserve

Picnic shelters at Jennings Park Barn

Located at 6915 Armar Rd., the Lions Pavilion by the pond and the BBQ Shelter by the sport courts are available to rent from May to September each year. These picnic shelters can accommodate up to 50 guests. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance by calling 360-363-8400.

  • $100 for an all-day rental
  • Limit of one rental per day
  • Payment in full with signed contract to reserve

Marysville Community Center - Delta Room

Located at 1015 State Ave., the Marysville Community Center can accommodate up to 65 guests. Renting this space requires a 4-hour minimum and an 8-hour maximum. Reservations can be made by calling 360-363-8400.

  • $50 per hour Monday - Friday
  • $60 per hour Saturday and Sunday
  • Payment in full with signed contract to reserve

Strawberry Fields Athletic Park

Located at 6100 152nd St. NE, Strawberry Fields Athletic Park offers a natural grass field as an artificial turf field. Reservations can be made by calling 360-363-8400.
