NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:

Notice is hereby given that on October 23, 2023, an application was made to the City of Marysville Community Development Department seeking Site Plan approval for the construction of a 9-unit multifamily building on approximately 0.75 acres and associated improvements. The existing 5-unit multifamily building on site will be retained.  The existing single-family residence on site will be demolished.
