 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:  The City of Marysville is requesting State Environmental Policy Act Review (SEPA) for installation a traffic signal at the intersection of 53^rd Ave. NE and 61^st St. NE as well as a multi-use path along 53^rd Ave. NE between 61^st St. NE and 64^th St. NE (SR528).  Bio-retention swale with infiltration gallery along east side of 53^rd Ave., and infiltration gallery beneath 53^rd Ave. NE roadway with emergency overflow pipe to south will be installed.

As lead agency for the above referenced proposals, the City of Marysville expects to issue a DNS utilizing the Optional DNS process outlined in WAC 197-11-355. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. The proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination for this proposal may be obtained upon request.  A decision on this application will be made within 120 days from the date of completeness.

Public Comment Period:  Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by

5:00 PM on January 12, 2024.
