NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
The applicant is proposing a 23-lot subdivision of approximately 4.01 acres. The site contains a category III wetland to be retained in a Native Growth Protective Area (NGPA) tract. To achieve desired residential density, the provisions of MMC 22E.010.360 for on-site density transfer for the critical area and associated buffer areas are proposed. Access to the development would be from 83rd Ave NE onto a new internal roadway proposed with development.

Public Hearing: An Open Public Record Decision Hearing is required for this application; a subsequent Notice of Hearing will be published at a later date.
