 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:

The applicant is proposing a 3-lot short plat. The existing residence would be retained on proposed Lot 1; the development anticipated on Lots 2 and 3 would also be for single family residential. The proposed lots would be accessed via an access tract off of 48^th Dr. NE. Pursuant to MMC 22E.030.090, the project is exempt from SEPA review.
