 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:

The applicant is proposing a 4-lot short plat. The existing residence and associated outbuildings would be retained on proposed Lot 4. Proposed Lots 1 – 3 would be oriented toward and access from 61^st Pl NE; Lot 4 would use an access easement along the western boundary of the subject property. Pursuant to MMC 22E.030.090, the project is exempt from SEPA review.
