The original application was submitted July 30, 2021 and determined completed on August 6, 2021. 

Due to a minor modification of the scope of the project, a new notice of application is required.

The revised materials were submitted April 9, 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:

The applicant is proposing a Planned Residential Development (PRD) and preliminary Binding Site Plan approval to construct 60 residential units on 5.66 acres.

Existing Environmental Documents: Traffic Impact Analysis; Geotechnical Report; Critical Area Reconnaissance

Public Hearing: No Public Hearing is required for a Binding Site Plan and PRD.

Public Comment Period:  Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by

5:00 PM on April 30, 2024.
