Project Description: The applicant is proposing a 23-lot subdivision of approximately 4.01 acres. Access to the development would be from 83rd Ave NE onto a new internal roadway proposed with development. The site contains a category III wetland to be retained in a Native Growth Protective Area (NGPA) tract. A Wetland Variance is also pursued in order to locate a stormwater dispersion trench further into the wetland buffer allows per MMC 22E.010.100(10).
Open Record Public Hearing: The public hearing will take place in person at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – Council Chambers and via Zoom/teleconference. The Hearing Examiner and the City’s project manager will attend in person; however, other staff, the applicant, and the public may attend either in person or via Zoom.
