NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
The applicant is proposing a 3-lot short plat. The proposed lots would access from 32nd Pl NE, dedicated through the previous subdivisions, Serenity Trails (PA24-001) and Boulder Heights (PA21-048).
As part of the development, the applicant is dedicating a 50 ft. by 50 ft. utility easement to Ziply Fiber. Access to said easement area would be through the access tract dedicated with the Serenity Trails subdivision.
Existing Environmental Documents: Geotechnical Report; Preliminary Drainage Report
Public Hearing: Short Plats are an administrative review; therefore, no public hearing is required.
Public Comment Period: Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by 5:00 PM on October 16, 2024.
