Applicant has requested Conditional Use Permit approval in order to construct a 4,736 square foot (SF) drive through conveyor type car wash and a 450 SF canopy structure for point-of-sale transactions. Additional site improvements will include ten (10) vacuum stations. The proposal consists of one access driveway on to State Avenue.
