NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
4-lot short plat for single family residential use. Lots 1 and 2 would access from a proposed private access tract connecting to 97th St NE, and Lots 3 and 4 would access from 97th St NE directly. Pursuant to MMC 22E.030.090, the project is exempt from SEPA review.

Public Comment Period: Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by 5:00 PM on March 7, 2024.
