NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
Snohomish County PUD is proposing the construction and operation of a new electrical distribution substation facility. The facility would include a substation yard, access driveway, and security fencing. Perimeter landscape screening is proposed along the north, east, and south boundaries.
