Notice is hereby given that on May 8, 2023 an application was made to the City of Marysville requesting State Environmental Policy Act Review (SEPA) for early grading activities for site preparation for future development, to include import of approximately 270,364 cubic yards of fill to raise the site grade.

As lead agency for the above referenced proposals, the City of Marysville expect to issue a DNS utilizing the Optional DNS process outlined in WAC 197-11-355. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. The proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination for this proposal may be obtained upon request.
A decision on this application will be made within 120 days from the date of completeness. The application and complete case file are available for review at the City of Marysville Community Development Department located at 80 Columbia Avenue, Marysville, WA 98270.
