NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
The applicant is seeking an Amendment to the previously issued State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Review Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS), issued for the installation of approximately 2,500 lineal feet of sewer trunkline on February 17, 2023.
The applicant has revised where the sewer trunkline will be installed. The revised proposal will install a total of 3,320 lineal feet of sewer trunkline and 13 new manholes. The new route will install sewer in the future 19th Avenue corridor and Road A of the VanEss Phase 2 project.
As lead agency for the above referenced proposals, the City of Marysville expects to issue a MDNS utilizing the Optional MDNS process outlined in WAC 197-11-355. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. The proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination for this proposal may be obtained upon request.
