NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:

The applicant is proposing a 3-lot short plat. Lot 1 and 3 are proposed as duplex lots with Lot 2 proposed as single family residential, for a total of (5) units. The proposed lots would be accessed via an access tract off of 48th Dr. NE. Pursuant to MMC 22E.030.090, the project is exempt from SEPA review.

Existing Environmental Documents: Traffic Impact Analysis, Geotechnical Report, Preliminary Drainage Report

Public Comment Period:  Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by

5:00 PM on December 13, 2023.
