NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
The applicant is proposing a 21-lot single family residential subdivision; the existing residence is to be retained on proposed lot 12. The project site includes a portion of a Category II wetland and its associated buffer. The applicant has the intent of using buffer width averaging to accommodate the proposed development; compensatory mitigation via buffer enhancement is proposed.

Public Hearing: An Open Public Record Decision Hearing is required for this application; a subsequent Notice of Hearing will be published at a later date.
