NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
Notice is hereby given that on July 23, 2024 an application was made to the City of Marysville Community Development Department requesting approval of the Lake Stevens and Lakewood School Districts’ 2024– 2029 Capital Facilities Plans (CFPs) as a sub-element of the Capital Facilities Element of the Marysville Comprehensive Plan and establishing the collection and imposition of school impact fees.
Public Comment Period: Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by
5:00 PM on October 17, 2024.
ANY PERSON HAS THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE NOTICE, PARTICIPATE IN ANY HEARINGS, REQUEST A COPY OF THE FINAL DECISION AND APPEAL THE DECISION AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
