NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
On December 4, 2024, the Snohomish County Council approved a 39-acre expansion to the Marysville Urban Growth Area known as the NorthPoint MV2 UGA Expansion. The proposed amendments are to maps and text within the 2024 Comprehensive Plan to reflect this UGA Expansion, and associated amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map to reflect this change. The property is proposed to be assigned a Comprehensive Plan Map Land Use Designation of Light Industrial (LI).
State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review and approval is proposed for the above-described NON-PROJECT ACTION amendments to the Comprehensive Plan. The City of Marysville, being lead agency for the NON-PROJECT ACTION, expects to issue a DNS using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.
Public Hearing Date: Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 6:30 PM. Please note that the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting has been rescheduled from Tuesday, May 27th to Wednesday, May 28th due to the Memorial Day holiday.

Public Comment Period: Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by 5:00 PM on May 12, 2025.
