NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM OF CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSIONERS AT SHORT COURSE ON LOCAL PLANNING EVENT
Notice is hereby given that the City of Marysville and Washington State Department of Commerce will be hosting A Short Course on Local Planning on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 6 to 9 pm and that a quorum of City Council members and/or Planning Commissioners may be at the event. This notice is provided to ensure compliance with Chapter 42.30 RCW, Open Public Meetings Act.
The Short Course on Local Planning is a hybrid in-person and virtual meeting. Attendance is welcomed both in-person and via Zoom. The Short Course will be held at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – City Hall Council Chambers. This free course covers the legal basis of planning in Washington, the basics of comprehensive planning, public participation, and more.
