Notice is hereby given that on July 10, 2023, an application was made to the City of Marysville Community Development Department seeking Site Plan approval and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review for the construction of a 37-unit townhome development on approximately 2.76 acres and associated improvements. The applicant is proposing use of residential density incentives in order to achieve additional units.
