8. Yard Waste costs $34.65 every two months and is picked up WEEKLY (on your garbage day). You must be a City of Marysville garbage customer to add yard waste to your account.

10. Acceptable yard waste includes food scraps, grass, weeds, plants, tree trimmings, leaves, sticks, flowers, branches (cut into 4' sections, no wider than 4" in diameter), jack o lanterns (remove candles), and holiday trees (cut in half, no flocking or decorations).

    There is a charge of $6.20 (per 32-gal equivalent) for any extra yard waste materials that are set out for collection that do not fit in your yard waste container. Please make sure any extras are set out in paper yard bags, bundles tied with sisal twine (4'x2' limit) or in 32 gal cans with handles and lids (65 lb. limit) labeled "Yard".
