The applicant is requesting Preliminary Short Subdivision Approval for a 2-lot short subdivision of a 0.4-acre property in the NR-6.5 zone. The proposal includes construction of two (2) duplexes with an associated private access. Proposed access to the lots will be provided from 54th Drive NE via an access tract. The project will also include associated improvements, such as clearing, grading, and utility and frontage improvements.
A decision will be made on this development application in accordance with the timelines established in MMC 22G.010.090
