NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:

The applicant is requesting a minor modification of a previously approved site plan for a 0.46-acre property in the Flex Residential (FR) zone to reestablish a group quarters residence. The group quarters residence will be improved to include changes to the floor plan to accommodate six (6) bedrooms, an office, and two (2) caregiver rooms. Improvements are proposed to meet residential care facility standards. 

The project will also construct associated improvements including parking, access, and landscaping. 

A decision will be made on this development application in accordance with the timelines established in MMC  22G.010.090
