Kelly Richards - Pos. 5

Background
Kelly is a lifelong resident of Snohomish County, and has lived in Marysville since 2004.  Prior to being elected to Council, Kelly served on the city’s Planning Commission (2011-2019).  He is an active volunteer within the community, having served in multiple leadership and volunteer roles for Boy Scouts, multiple PTA and Booster organizations, Marysville School District, Marysville Rotary, and various other local civic groups. 

Kelly works as a Paraprofessional at an elementary school in Marysville.  Prior to being in education, he was a real estate agent/broker in the community.  He and his wife have three children.
