What is Tip-A-Cop?
Tip-A-Cop is a special event where law enforcement officers serve as hosts at local restaurants to raise funds for Special Olympics Washington. Officers work alongside Special Olympics athletes, engaging with guests and collecting tips that directly support programs promoting inclusion and community engagement.
What will police officers be doing?
- Acting as hosts and waitstaff, greeting and seating guests.
- Socializing with restaurant patrons and Special Olympics athletes.
- Collecting tips, which will go directly toward Special Olympics programs.
