Paying for fines

The Marysville Municipal Court offers many convenient ways for making your fine payments easy.   

Payment plan options:

For Criminal cases payments are due in within 60 days from the day your fines and fees are assessed.  If you need additional time to pay you may set up a payment plan with Signal Management Services. Please complete the Signal Management Application and submit the application to Signal Credit Management within 60 days of the fine being imposed. 

If you are making payments to Signal Credit, please call 1-800-874-1958 or make your Signal payment online.

Pay online:

​You may pay your fines and costs online through nCourt
Online payments will be processed the following business day.   nCourt allows the ability to pay your court fines and costs after hours.    nCourt is a third party vendor and an additional fees will vary with the amount of the fine being paid.

Pay by phone:

You may pay by phone with your Visa or Mastercard during court hours 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. by calling 360-363-8050.    After hours you can pay your fines by calling nCourt at 1-360-386-3589.   nCourt is a third party vendor and an additional fees will vary with the amount of the fine being paid.

Pay by mail:

The Court accepts check or money orders by mail.    Please do not send cash.  To make a payment by mail, please make your check or money order payable to Marysville Municipal Court.

Please include the case number of your ticket or include your full name and date of birth on your check or money order.

Please mail payments to Marysville Municipal Court, 501 Delta Ave, Marysville, WA 98270.

Pay in person:

The Court is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m.   The court is closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.      The Court accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa or Mastercard at the counter.

If you failed to pay your fines on time:

If your fines are past due the Court refers all over due accounts to AllianceOne for collections.    Please call 1-800-456-8838 for more information.
